Market Mastery

Hirebox.ca centers its business on the concept of Market Mastery and it all begins with a general consistency of search assignments. This consistency allows for a deeper understanding of the people and companies in our market which allows us to be more thorough and efficient when screening candidates. Market Mastery simply means we are always recruiting candidates with a similar skill set, and nothing else. We are continually building our database which benefits our clients when it comes time hire.

To define the niche market we recruit for, we use the FIL Methodology. There are three key elements we use to define our market: Function, Industry and Location. This methodology is one of the cornerstones to our success.

Function – AZ/DZ Drivers, Lift-truck Operators of all types, General Labor, Leads, Supervisors & Managers

Industry – Warehousing, Distribution, Cross-Dock & Trucking

Location – Canada Wide

If it’s not in our FIL – We don’t FILL it

Radical Reference Checking

The most powerful tool in business is information. When making the all-important hiring decision, you need the best information you can get. In the long run, instincts are no match for information.

Organizations spend a considerable amount and energy on newly hired employees. Let us put in the time and energy before they are hired to reference and record check these employees and stop undesirable candidates from penetrating your workforce.

It’s now time to regain control over the hiring process!

At Hirebox.ca, no candidate is submitted to a client without a reference check or record check included.

Job Spec Process

Do you ever feel like the person who took your last job spec didn’t fully understand what you were looking for?

Do you feel there is no way they could have accurately documented all the information you provided during your conversation?

A job spec is the first communication you have with a potential candidate. At Hirebox.ca, we understand that this first impression is essential to finding the right candidate for your business. We set up a time for you to provide us with the job spec over the phone on our recorded line. This allows us to be fully present in the conversation, listen, and ask questions to understand what you are looking for.

After reviewing the recording, we create a job spec for the hiring manager to approve. This allows alterations to be made prior to hitting the market with these specs.

Having a solid understanding of your company, what you are looking for, and where you are headed in the future allows us to relay that information to the candidate, so everyone is on the same page.

Candidate Submittals

Are you tired of only getting a resume for a candidate that is being presented to you? With our candidate submittals, you receive a summary of the interview, resume, assessments, and all references and certifications. We take the time to find you the right candidates, so you can focus on your business. Information is the most powerful tool in business. Let Hirebox.ca get you the information you need to make a more informed hiring decision.
